INGREDIENTS:
-100g of butter
-100g of sugar
-200g of dark chocolate (or to taste)
-50g of peeled shelled hazelnuts
-200g of cooking cream
-200g of additional chocolate for the ganache
-100g of flour (or cornstarch)
-3 eggs
PREPARATION:
-Place the butter, sugar and 200g of dark chocolate on the gas in a saucepan
-When everything is melted, add 3 egg yolks, the whipped egg whites and 100g of white flour
-Place the dough in a tart pan at 160º in the oven for 20 minutes
-Turn the cake over when it is cold
-For the ganache, put 200g of cooking cream, 200g of additional chocolate and 50g of peeled shelled hazelnuts in a saucepan and melt everything
-Finally, place the ganache on the cooled cake base
-Put the cake in the fridge and wait a couple of hours
